What is the Effortless Habits Blueprint?
I have been writing a book on behavior change for several years. It kept growing bigger and more complex. So much so that it was too long and unwieldy to have any success. I realized I needed to approach the problem differently. Instead of a book where I get lost in too much theory, why not create a practical blueprint that you can use to design change.
